The Mandurah Centre Plan is a long-term planning guide for the central part of Mandurah – or what we call our “Strategic Centre”. The purpose of this plan is to outline how the central part of our city is expected to grow and change over time, covering things like housing, businesses, parks, transport and infrastructure.

Every Strategic Centre like ours needs to have an up-to-date plan in place under State Government policy. The Mandurah Centre Plan is being reviewed, and we want you to help shape its future.

The Mandurah Centre is where we come together to live, work, shop, relax and connect. We’re asking all community members to share what you value most about the centre today, and what you’d like to see in the future.

Your input will help us understand what matters to you - from green spaces and housing to local business, safety, culture, and community life - and ensure the updated plan reflects our shared vision for a vibrant, welcoming and thriving centre.

Tell us what you love, what you'd change, and your big ideas for the future of Mandurah Centre by completing the survey below.

The plan area covers some parts of central Mandurah, Silver Sands, the Mandurah Train Station precinct and the Mandurah Ocean Marina. Parts of Dudley Park may also be reviewed and considered. A simple map of this area is included below. The light brown area shows the study area for the Mandurah Centre Plan. The dark brown areas indicate where we might review and possibly change housing density (the number of houses that can be built on a block).
