Expressions of Interest (EoI)
Regular hirers: May 2025
An initial round of expressions of interest will open to community organisations interested in booking the Dawesville Community Centre as a regular hirer in May 2025.
The centre will be available for a whole range of regular hirers, including community service providers, not-for-profit groups, small businesses, and health practitioners / programs (such as child health services, yoga sessions etc.).
Services making use of the centre will provide valuable resources to the Dawesville community, and will increase social connectivity in the area.
Those interested in booking the centre can complete the Expression of Interest: Regular Hirers form here.
Casual hirers: June 2025
Members of the public keen on using the Dawesville Community Centre for causal hire (one-off initiatives and functions) will be invited to express their interest in June 2025, following the initial round of consultation with regular hirers.
Some examples of casual hire may include:
- Business meetings / conferences
- Fundraisers
- Children's birthdays
An online form for casual hire expressions of interest will be made available on this webpage soon.
City of Mandurah staff will hold a series of pop-up events around the Dawesville area during the EoI period in June, giving locals the chance to chat directly with project staff and ask questions about the new facility.
Dates for each pop-up session will be posted here and on the City of Mandurah social media channels once confirmed.
For more information, or to view the latest project updates, check out the City of Mandurah website here. Alternatively, you can email the City’s Community Development team at cdo@mandurah.wa.gov.au
