Are there any dial-before-you-dig signs indicating high pressure gas or water mains on your verge?
Do you confirm the verge is free of compacted materials and/or artificial turf?
Are there any reticulation or irrigation systems installed underneath your verge?
Will you irrigate the tree(s) year-round, particularly on hot summer days?
Do you have space for more than one street tree?
