Key Dates - You're invited

A pop-up information stand will be set up beside the Thomson Street netball courts on Saturday 23 August 2025 to provide the netball community and anyone else who is interested with the opportunity to look at and talk through the plan. City staff will be available to answer any questions and direct your feedback back to the City.

A community drop-in session will be available 11 September 2025 between 5-7pm. 

This session is open to all local residents, sporting clubs, community groups and members, and business owners to provide the opportunity to look at and talk through the Master Plan. City staff will be available to answer any questions and direct your feedback back to the City.

This session will be combined with the roll out of stage one engagement for the Mandurah Centre Plan. The Mandurah Centre Plan refers to a long-term planning guide for the central part of Mandurah – or what we call our “Strategic Centre”. The purpose of the plan is to outline how the central part of our city is expected to grow and change over time, covering things like housing, commercial development, parks, transport and infrastructure. Rushton Park falls within the boundaries of the Mandurah Centre Plan. 

The approximate plan area will cover some parts of central Mandurah, southern parts of Silver Sands, northern parts of Dudley Park and the Mandurah Ocean Marina.
