How the plan has been developed:

The targets outlined in the strategy have been developed in response to State Government targets for waste reduction. It also aligns with the State identified waste hierarchy and movement towards a circular economy.

Locally targets have also been created to guide the development of waste management and education actions relevant to our local community and operations.

This would provide a much-needed mechanism to divert good quality furniture and household goods from landfill/incineration and allow residents to further support a circular economy. on Facebook Share Could the City of Mandurah please consider the establishment of a ‘Tip Shop’ at the waste facility.
