The City of Mandurah has received an application for a Shopping Centre development at Lot 33 (No 18) Peelwood Parade and Lot 300 (No 15) Pampas Way, Halls Head, consisting of:
Amenities areas, landscaping, service area, pedestrian plaza and 227 car bays.
The estimated cost of development is $14m, meaning that the proposal qualifies as a mandatory application to be determined by the Joint Development Assessment Panel, rather than Council. The City of Mandurah assesses the application and provides a recommendation to the Joint Development Assessment Panel for determination.
