Consultation has concluded
The City of Mandurah has received an application for a Local Development Plan (LDP) which applies to future lots in the Seaside Estate of Madora Bay.
The LDP identifies finished lot levels, extent of retaining walls, finish of retaining walls, fencing and dwelling orientation.
In addition, landscape plans have been prepared to detail the materials, finishes and plantings proposed to be used to manage the visual impact of retaining walls facing Madora Beach Road and Sonoma Way. These plans are available for viewing, however form part of a separate approval process.
