Consultation has concluded
The City of Mandurah has received an application for a 5 storey mixed use development on the corner of Mandurah Terrace and Cooper Street. In summary, the proposed development comprises:
Cafes/Restaurants on the ground floor;
Commercial tenancies on the first floor;
27 residential apartments on the upper levels; and
Associated parking and services.
The City of Mandurah is advertising the proposal in order to assist with its assessment. The Development Plans and supporting documents are attached under the documents tab on this page.
Submissions on the proposal should be lodged in writing to the City of Mandurah by 29 April 2022 via email to planning@mandurah.wa.gov.au.
