Consultation has concluded
The City of Mandurah has received an application for a mixed-use development at the above mentioned property, consisting of serviced apartments, offices, shops and a restaurant. Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions for further detailed information on the application.
The estimated cost of development is $13m, therefore the application qualifies as a mandatory Development Assessment Panel (DAP) application – which means the application will be determined by a DAP rather than Council. The City of Mandurah assesses the application and provides a recommendation to the DAP.
The City of Mandurah is advertising the proposal in order to assist with its assessment. The Development Plans and supporting information (Acoustic Report, Waste Management Plan & Traffic Impact Statement) relating to the proposal are attached under the Documents tab on this page. Alternatively the plans may be viewed at the City’s Administration Centre (3 Peel Street, Mandurah) during business hours.
Submissions on the proposal should be lodged in writing to the City of Mandurah by 2 November 2021 via email to planning@mandurah.wa.gov.au.
