Consultation has concluded
The City of Mandurah has received an application for the development of a residential aged care facility at the above mentioned property. Given the significant cost of the development, it is considered to be a mandatory Development Assessment Panel application. Following the City’s assessment, the proposal will be determined by a Development Assessment Panel at a later date.
The application proposes a single storey, 144 bed residential aged care facility which provides medical treatment to sick persons. The facility includes a number of ancillary uses catering for residents, staff and visitors. The site is proposed to be accessed from BaileyContinue reading

The site is proposed to be accessed from Bailey Boulevard, which will involve upgrades to the existing road network.
The City of Mandurah is advertising the proposal in order to assist with its assessment. The plans relating to the proposal may be viewed either at the City’s Administration Centre during business hours or on the City’s website.
Submissions on the proposal should be lodged in writing to the City by 2 November 2020 via email to planning@mandurah.wa.gov.au.
