Consultation has concluded
The City of Mandurah has received a proposal seeking the following primary modifications to the February 2016 approved Ocean Hill Structure Plan:
Modify the residential density base coding from R30 to R25, and provide a revised residential density range of R25 to R80. This refers to the lot sizes within the estate;
Adjust road, public open space and residential area to ensure consistency with an October 2019 subdivision approval; and,
Update calculations for the public open space 10% contribution influenced by the October 2019 subdivision approval.
