The City of Mandurah has received an application for the development of Child Day Care Centre at the above mentioned property.
A Child Care Centre is an 'AA' land use within the Commercial Zone and as such, the City is advertising the proposal for comment. The proposal is for a two storey building with outdoor play areas to accommodate a maximum of 62 children with 10 staff. The proposed hours of operation are 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday, with noise management restrictions in place before 7:00am.
The City of Mandurah is advertising the proposal in order to assist with its assessment. The plans relating to the proposal may be viewed at the City’s Administration Centre during business hours.
Submissions on the proposal should be lodged in writing to the City of Mandurah by 24 December 2021 via email to planning@mandurah.wa.gov.au.
