The City of Mandurah has received an application for the development of a child day care centre at the above mentioned property. Following the City’s assessment, the proposal will be determined by a Joint Development Assessment Panel at a later date.
The application proposes a single storey, child day care centre with parking and outdoor play areas. The child care centre intends to accommodate up to 92 children and 17 staff members. The application proposes a single storey, child day care centre with parking and outdoor play areas. The child care centre intends to accommodate up to 92 children and 17 staff members. The facility’s proposed hours of operation is 6:30am – 6:30pm Monday to Friday, with noise management restrictions in place before 7:00am. The site is proposed to be accessed from a cap road off Wattleglen Avenue.
The City of Mandurah is advertising the proposal in order to assist with its assessment. The plans relating to the proposal may be viewed either at the City’s Administration Centre during business hours or on the City’s website.
Submissions on the proposal should be lodged in writing to the City by 16 April 2021 via email to planning@mandurah.wa.gov.au.
