At is meeting of 27 November Council resolved to adopt the proposed Cemeteries Amendment Local Law 2019 for advertising.

Proposed Cemeteries Amendment Local Law 2019

Purpose:  to amend provisions within the City of Mandurah Cemeteries Local Law 2010.

Effect:  to ensure that the City of Mandurah Cemeteries Local Law 2010 is as clear and effective as possible.

This amendment local law inserts a definition for “standard grave” into the principle local law in order to add clarity.
