At its meeting of 22 September 2026, Council resolved to advertise the review the following remaining parts of the 1998 Consolidated Local Laws:

• Part I - Revocation and Citation and Application of Local Laws
• Part II - General Interpretation
• Part VIII - Blasting, Quarrying and Excavations 
• Part IX - Buildings
• Part XX - Enforcement 
• Part XXI - Objections and Appeals and Miscellaneous 

Submissions are open from 30 September 2026 to 12 November 2026.
