The LDP establishes additional site and development requirements to guide the delivery of a full line supermarket anchored extension to the town centre, associated specialty retail, community and commercial uses, a high-quality public realm centred on a Village Green, and an integrated movement network that prioritises walkability whilst maintaining efficient access for customers, servicing and future development.
