Expression of Interest: Regular Hirers

The City of Mandurah is seeking expressions of interest from community organisations interested in using the new Dawesville Community Centre, set to open September 2025.

The building is located on the corner of Dandaragan Drive and Woodstock Avenue (more information on the building's specifications can be found here). 

If you are a community group of service interested in making use of the Dawesville Community Centre, please complete the following Expression of Interest (EoI) form. All EoI submissions will be reviewed by a City of Mandurah staff member, who will be in touch with you shortly after submitting your expression of interest.

What information will I need to provide?

Your application should clearly indicate:

  • What type of organisation you are representing
  • What purpose you intend to use the Dawesville Community Centre for
  • How many members/numbers you expect to attend the Dawesville Community Centre
  • The catchment area from where your clients/members are expected to come
  • Facts and figures establishing a need for the proposed service/activity within the community

Will I need to provide any documents?

Yes. Your application will need to include:

  • A copy of your organisation's current certificate of currency (public insurance cover)
  • Any necessary permits or licences

Who will be given priority access to the centre?

Submissions will be evaluated against criteria including:

  • How the proposal improves the health and wellbeing of the Dawesville community
  • The way the proposal offers services that meet an identified need
  • How the proposed activity increases social connectivity for residents
