Consultation has concluded
The City of Mandurah has received a proposal to amend the Madora Bay North Structure Plan. In summary, the proposal seeks to amend the following:
Redistribution of public open space within the Structure Plan area;
Reconfiguration of the Commercial and Mixed Use zones;
Introduction of the RMD Codes (Medium density single house development standards);
Relocation of the school site to reflect existing subdivision approvals; and
Formatting changes and updated references to policies to reflect changes within the planning framework.
The Structure Plan report also incorporates concepts for the Coastal Node and Foreshore Reserve. Please note that these concepts are indicative and are subject to change. The City is currently undertaking an assessment of a Foreshore Management Plan for the Madora Bay North area and this may involve separate community consultation.

Submissions on the proposal should be lodged in writing by 8 April 2022 via email to planning@mandurah.wa.gov.au.
