Consultation has concluded
The City of Mandurah has received a proposal to amend the Lakes Road Structure Plan. In summary, the proposal seeks to reclassify the subject site from “Residential R40” to “Special Use (Healthcare)” in order to accommodate future healthcare related land uses.
The Structure Plan identifies the following land uses as permitted:
Development standards prescribing building height, setbacks and car parking have been identified within the Structure Plan, and assist in managing the interface between the site and adjoining residential uses to the north and west.
The City of Mandurah is advertising the proposal in order to assist with its assessment.
Submissions on the proposal should be lodged in writing by 10 December 2021 via email to planning@mandurah.wa.gov.au.
