The City of Mandurah has initiated the above-mentioned Amendment to the Local Planning Scheme for the purpose of:

  • Rezoning Lots 124 and 801 Pleasant Grove Circle, Falcon from “Residential – R5” to “Residential – R10”.
  • Addition of Site-Specific Development Requirements.

The City of Mandurah is advertising the proposal in order to assist with its assessment.

Submissions on the proposal should be lodged in writing to the City of Mandurah by 21 June 2024 2024 via email to planning@mandurah.wa.gov.au and should include the name and address of the person making the submission.
